Terms and Conditions

1. Object

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the relationship between Naply and any customer wishing to make a purchase on our website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&C.

2. Legal Information

Naply is a company specialized in the sale of NFC tags. Complete company information is available in the legal notice.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on our website, subject to available stock. We reserve the right to modify the product range at any time.

Photographs and graphics presented on the site are not contractual and cannot engage the company's liability.

4. Prices

Our product prices are indicated in euros, dollars or Mexican pesos according to the geographical area, all taxes included (VAT included for France, VAT included for Mexico). Prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, it being understood that the price on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

5. Order

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of products available for sale. Validation of your order constitutes confirmation of your agreement regarding all these elements.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for a legitimate reason, particularly in case of supply problems, price error or manifestly abnormal request.

6. Payment

Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment provider Stripe. Payment is due immediately upon order.

In case of payment default, the order will be automatically cancelled.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated when ordering. Delivery times are indicative and cannot engage the company's liability in case of delay.

In case of delivery delay, the customer will be informed by email. If the delay exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel their order and obtain a refund of their payment.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your withdrawal decision by email. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

9. Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

10. Liability

Naply's liability cannot be engaged in case of indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Naply site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

12. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
